What are your hours of service?

We are available Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. We are not available on Public Holidays. If your scheduled visit falls on a Public Holiday, we will endeavour to reschedule to the closest available time.

Do you do one-off services or monthly services?

We currently offer regular weekly and fortnightly services only. Our minimum visit time is one hour. Your initial contract will be booked for a minimum of three weeks.

Can we meet you before signing up?

Yes, we would love to come and meet you for a complimentary one-time consultation so we can discuss your needs and tailor a plan that works for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my next scheduled service?

We understand that this may happen from time to time. If you need to change or cancel your next scheduled service, we require 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, then 50% of your scheduled service fee will be charged.

What happens if I go away on holiday?

We are happy to put your regular service on hold for 21 consecutive days. If you want to secure your regular service for longer, we will require 25% of your usual scheduled service fee.

What if I want to cancel my contract?

You can cancel your contract by giving 1 week notice. If less than one week notice is given, 50% of your scheduled service fees will be charged.

Are you Police screened?

Yes, we are Police screened and take pride in our professionalism and honesty.

Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, we have Public Liability insurance.

What is your payment method?

Most clients make payment online. Invoices are sent out weekly, and payment is to be made within 7 days of receipt. Late payment may incur late payment fee of 10% of invoiced total.

What areas do you service and what about parking?

We are based in Auckland and currently only service the North Shore and Hobsonville. Parking must be available near by and any parking costs will be added to your invoice.

Health and Safety

There are some jobs we will not be able to do for Health and safety reasons. We do require to wear indoor only shoes that are closed toed and non-slip.

How do you access my home?

Generally, clients provide us with a spare key that we will code and keep safely locked away. We are happy to discuss any other arrangements with you.
